SERIES 4 ALUMINUM FRAME Alpine Trail models feature Series 4 aluminum frames, with detailed forgings, highly manipulated tubes, and full internal cable routing, giving the rider the highest-end alloy frame that Marin offers. ONE PIECE FORGED ROCKER The heart of the Alpine Trail's MultiTrac suspension is the forged one-piece rocker link. The strength and stiffness of the rocker keeps the rear of the bike tracking straight, providing smooth suspension operation under the most demanding conditions. BRIDGELESS SEATSTAY The stiffness of the one-piece rocker link allows for a bridgeless seatstay design, offering zero compromises on stiffness while at the same time allowing for maximum tire clearance and short chainstays. MODERN ANGLES The Alpine Trail has a slack 63.5º head tube angle paired with a steep 78º seat tube angle and long reach to provide the best modern trail bike experience. The bike lets you climb better than ever before, while giving you even more confidence when descending.

INTERNAL ROUTING The Rift Zone 26 and Rift Zone Jr are compatible with internally routed dropper posts, with internal rear derailleur routing for a clean look and snag-free ride. Your ideal partner for everything from all-day epics, to local shred laps to big mountain adventures, the Rifty is Made For Fun. The Rift Zone 29 brings together trail-taming 29" wheels, 130mm of rear travel, a lightweight aluminum frame and our super-plush MultiTrac suspension platform for endless good times on the trails. "XR" means Extra Rad over here at Marin, and with that, the Rifty XR gets an extra spicy build. Starting out front, the fork is RockShox's supreme Lyrik Select+ model, now sporting 150mm of travel. Not wanting to leave the rear in the lurch, the Super Deluxe Select+ shock balances out the bouncy bits. SRAM's wide-range 12-speed GX Eagle drivetrain helps get the power to the rear wheel, while SB8 4-piston brakes offer impeccable braking performance. SERIES 3 ALUMINUM FRAME - Rift Zone alloy models feature Series 3 aluminum frames, with detailed forgings, highly manipulated tubes, and full internal cable routing with new braze-in ports, giving the rider a high feature and high-performing upgrade-worthy platform. MULTITRAC SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY - MultiTrac is an acclaimed suspension system, fine-tuned to have a balanced ride capable of absorbing big hits with an efficient pedaling platform. The rocker link provides a progressive leverage ratio for the rear shock for small bump sensitivity and the feeling of a long travel system on large drops and rocks. Carbon models feature 125mm rear travel, while alloy models now boast 130mm. MODERN GEO FOR THE MODERN TRAIL SLAYER - Using the most from modern features, Rift Zone 29 models utilize short fork offsets and slack head tube angles to ensure that the bike handles perfectly from a seated or standing position, and travels effortlessly up and down the mountain. INTERNAL ROUTING - Both carbon and alloy frames sport full internal cable/hose routing in the front triangle, and feature all-new brazed-in cable ports, providing a clean and rattle free cable set up.
